Watch out with the SuperSU here... You'll lose wifi on a Samsung Galaxy S5 klte.
ReplyDeleteHad the same problem with the Cyanogen14.1 nightlies and the method used to install SuperSU blows out the mac address on 'em. I did have a rooted Lineage from 1/21 that still had built-in root and it worked ok. Wiped and upgraded and hit this problem.
No issues with my klte (official Lineage plus SuperSU). You must have some other issue there.
DeleteI tried this SU but in TWRP at installation I get a: Zip signature verification failed!Error installing zip file "/xxxxxx/xxxxxx.zip"
Deletedisable signature verification before flashing the supersu zip file
DeleteWell... did a full wipe and reflashed the experimental, nightly, gapps and the root add-on and it's working fine this time. Restoring the rest of the 300_+ apps now. Titanium Backup is a data lifesaver.

ReplyDeleteRegards, install the rom in a S5 900F and all good, but when I install the supersu I have no Wifi, some way to recover the Wifi? Thank you.
I don't know about fixing it after something went wrong with the installation itself but I can tell you how I installed it on my G900F (and it's working fine)
Delete1. Grab original linage zip from https://mirrorbits.lineageos.org/full/klte/20170125/lineage-14.1-20170125-nightly-klte-signed.zip
2. Grab this SupeSU .zip https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/supersu/download/zip/SuperSU-v2.78-201609011115.zip
3. Wipe and install Lineage via recovery.
4. Reboot, set the system up and reboot back to recovery.
5. Install SuperSU via recovery.
I'm not sure if rebooting is necessary, but that's how I did it. Hope that helps :)

ReplyDeleteI have my Nexus 4 Mako "Lineaged" and "su" installed and enabled. I try to delete an old (made by me when Cyanogen) folder named "ROMS Cyanogen" that's is a root folder, but I CAN'T delete it and his contents (two zip files) using "Root browser" app nor doing "adb shell" then "su" and then "rm -R folder_name". In any case, Lineage tell me "Permission denied".

disable signature verification first then try to flash it again.
